As an HR Projects and Analytics Coordinator, you’ll drive data-informed decisions, coordinate key talent and engagement initiatives, and ensure the smooth execution of people-related projects and processes.

Main responsibilities:
- Participate in people analytics by preparing HR dashboards, analyzing workforce data, and creating reports to support leadership decisions and talent planning
- Collaborate on talent management processes by coordinating reviews, maintaining talent pools, and supporting development plans and learning initiatives
- Assist in enhancing employee experience by analyzing engagement survey results, preparing updates, and supporting internal communications and events
- Take part in project and change management efforts by preparing communication materials, tracking milestones, and supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to recruitment efforts by monitoring KPIs, preparing status updates, and coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team
- Support data quality and system integrity by reviewing P&C data in Workday and maintaining up-to-date information across platforms
- Help with administrative and team coordination tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas and communications, and managing action logs
About you
- Soft and technical skills: self-driven, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and data analysis tools. Understanding of workplace dynamics and HR processes
- Education: Master's degree in HR or Business
- Languages: English fluent, French intermediate
