Within the Legal Affairs Department and reporting to the Legal Director , you will play a key role as a strategic partner to operational teams in an innovative, demanding and international environment .
In this role, you will be involved in a variety of high value-added topics, at the intersection of business, regulatory and contractual issues , and will support the company in securing and developing its activities.
Your main tasks
You will be required to:
- Drafting, analyzing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts and agreements related to the company's activities.
- Advising internal teams on legal issues related to French law, particularly in regulatory , commercial, market access and more broadly in the field of health .
- Supporting operational teams in structuring and implementing complex, innovative and strategic projects.
- Define and deploy legal strategies adapted to the operations and projects carried out by the different departments.
- Managing pre-litigation and litigation matters , by carrying out the necessary legal analyses, assessing risks and coordinating actions with external counsel where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance of practices with the Group's internal procedures and with applicable regulations.
- To ensure proactive legal monitoring and raise awareness among teams of legislative, regulatory and jurisprudential developments likely to impact the business.
- Manage the partnership process , providing legal advice, contributing to the management of dedicated bodies and supporting the company's collaborative projects.
Desired Profile : You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5/Master 2) in Business Law, Health Law, or equivalent, and have at least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles. You have gained this experience within the pharmaceutical industry, a healthcare company, or a law firm with significant expertise in health law. A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment is essential. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international context. Known for your legal rigor, analytical skills, and advisory abilities, you are adept at managing priorities, thriving in a complex and evolving environment, and supporting teams with pragmatism and sound judgment.
