We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to temporarily strengthen our Supply Chain team by expanding our customer reach and providing quality customer service.
In this position, you will respond to customer requests and ensure the processing and modification of orders as soon as possible, in particular by reducing penalties by offering alternative solutions to our customers.
Your daily activities:
- Communicate with customers and provide them with information about our products
- Receive customer calls and answer their questions
- Be the interface between the customer and our distributor
- Assist in dispute resolution
- Support the administrative tasks of the Supply Chain department
- Manage customer accounts and the pricing database
Profile:
- Significant experience in a similar position, ideally in the pharmaceutical and retail industry
- Proven call center experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and ideally in English
- Good ability to manage complaints and find solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel and Outlook
The little + you want:
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation activities
- Good level of English
- Intermediate level in Excel
