Description du poste et des missions

You will be responsible for the local strategy and execution of Customer Education and Training activities for our GAIN program, the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network.

You will be responsible for the proper planning and management of injection training, compliance with SOP requirements in the execution of injection training, and ensuring proper documentation for injection training

Activities are to be conducted in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Galderma code of ethics and local and international standards and regulatory requirements for medical device, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products.

You will report to the IDS Marketing Head.





Key responsibilities:



Creation of the annual BU training and education plan to HCPs ensuring relevant needs of various customer types are covered

Able to translate strategic direction from global or regional guidance into local needs.

Accountable for planning & execution and follow up of training events

Accountable for implementation of local procedures in terms of hands on workshops:



Plan of Masterclasses, Hands on, Peer to peer and congresses activities and related budget allocation and follow up

Speakers selection, briefings and onsite support

KOL's Management

Own personal relationships with specific KOLs

Give guidance to the field teams on KOLs that we should be engaging with locally

Implement aligned plans to attract and engage best aesthetic product trainers in the industry - work jointly with line management and global to make them best trainers

Build development plans for aesthetics trainers

Build relationships and long-term coop

Ensure local trainers have been properly trained on Galderma standards for Education and Training

Create a Local Faculty of Trainers, continuous coaching them and support in their development through briefings, Train-the-Trainers meetings, live demonstrations, hands-on workshops and anatomy masterclasses.







Skills & Qualifications



Scientific or Medical education

Minimum of 8 years' experience in medical affairs, congress & event and/or marketing in medical aesthetics or medical device environment

Experience and proven ability with activities including leading and conducting educational and training events for dermatologists and/or plastic surgeons

Demonstrated ability to work as an individual contributor and as a member or leader of a team

Professional level in French and English
