Notre site Unither Pharmaceuticals basé à Paris rassemble les fonctions supports liées à l'activité du Groupe. Il compte plus de 60 collaborateurs.
From 2025, Unither will be implementing a new strategy to raise its profile on the international stage. Against this dynamic backdrop, we are looking for an B2B event management apprentice to join our team. You will work in tandem with our design and digital apprentice on various communication projects. Your tasks will include organizing, monitoring and promoting trade shows and events for our customers.
Plan & Coordinate International Events:
- Manage exhibitor logistics (guides, orders, badges, supplies)
- Assist sales teams with registration and badge collection
- Keep Unither's exhibitor profiles updated (bio, keywords, products…)
- Coordinate booth visuals with Design & Digital Officer
- Build registration pages via HubSpot
- Track and enter leads in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Suggest creative booth experiences (quizzes, interactive tools, holograms, etc.)
- Monitor budgets: track quotes and invoices using our internal tool
Produce Content for Marketing & Communication Materials:
- Track inventory of event materials (brochures, goodies, POS)
- Manage orders for printed assets (flyers, roll-ups, business cards…)
- Assist with writing, formatting or coordinating content for: Abstracts, Scientific posters, Award submissions, Speaker opportunities
Support International Coordination & Customer Engagement:
- Co-organize a customer event (format to be defined)
- Provide occasional support to international teams (notably Brazil, the US and China)
Drive Internal Processes & Digital Tools:
- Update and manage the event master file (calendar, deadlines, contacts, budgets…)
- Update the Events/News section of the website (via WordPress or with the webmaster)
- Share event briefs with the Design & Digital Officer for visual creation and LinkedIn posts
- Share event highlights and updates via internal channels (e.g., Yammer)
- Collaborate on basic marketing automation workflows (e.g. event follow-ups, nurturing via HubSpot)
- Conduct competitive benchmarks (booth formats, B2B marketing practices…)
- Monitor new trends and relevant events in the CDMO/pharma industry
Promote Responsible Event Practice.
Profil souhaité: * Bachelor's or Master's student in communication, events, marketing or business * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy and team spirit * Creativity, curiosity, initiative * Fluent in English (written and spoken) * Comfortable with standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint…) * Bonus if you know: HubSpot, Salesforce, CMS tools (training provided) * Interest in science, health or pharmaceutical industry is a plus * 1 year in apprenticeship contract from September 2025 or January 2026
