The Opportunity:
As Brand Manager, you will be accountable for defining the strategic plan (medium-term brand plan) and the tactical plan (short-term marketing plan) of your product.
In this position you will ensure the operational implementation of the defined plans in compliance with the planned schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the care pathway including key players, the environment and the market.
- Develop and define Astellas' marketing strategy for the product in the care pathway.
- Define budget investment and media mix.
- Carry out the strategic plan (brand plan) and the marketing plan.
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and communication around the care pathway (communication axes with the various actors and media mix) while ensuring compliance with regulations and Compliance.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators including budget monitoring.
- Participate in the definition of sales forecast proposals in collaboration with the research manager.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Extensive experience in a similar marketing position in pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Women’s Health therapeutic area experience.
Education/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Additional information:
- This is a 6-month fixed-term (CDD) full-time position.
- Location: This position is based in France.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our respective local affiliate office in Levallois-Perret. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
