Description du poste et des missions
We are hiring an experienced Global Senior Brand Manager to work on a key strategic global category in one of our European Head Offices.
In this role, you will:
• Support in leading the total brand & category strategy across Europe
• Coordinate and influence the cross-functional team (regulatory, innovation, quality, supply,…) & senior management stakeholders.
• Develop 5Y category strategy to define a clear growth roadmap with a consumer first approach (product innovation, go to market strategy, activation platform,..)
• Anticipate consumer trends, competition & new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap.
• Actively collaborate with top tier countries across Europe
• Define and execute innovation pipeline (concept, research, development & master text)
• Collaborate with creative & media agencies to lead the activation toolkits (TVC, digital, POS,…), with the right consumer insights & touchpoints in partnership with top tier countries.
• Report, track, learn & suggest improvements by analysing the impact on sales of marketing actions.
• P&L ownership including A&P management and optimisation.
Profil souhaité
• At least 6 years experience preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by
Solid business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills
• Leadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence
• Proven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management and 4Ps excellence.
• A strong drive for results, proactive & curious attitude, and performance tracking (Analytical skills and ability to build KPIs)
Must haves:
• Moderate travel: 20-30% of the time
• Advanced English skills
• Experience analysing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI,…) & financials (P&L ownership)
