Description du poste et des missions

ROLE SUMMARY 





  • This dynamic and results driven International Commercial Lead will lead an organization of approximately 80 colleagues driving business strategy and P&L for the Global Hospital and Biosimilars portfolio across both direct and indirect global markets, driving results through strong leadership and collaboration in a globally matrixed environment.  





 



ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES  





  • Accountable for Global Hospital and Biosimilars international P&L (~$1.8B); sets and monitors financial targets, resourcing, and strategy in partnership with finance, leadership team members and the GHB President 







  • Responsible for developing and executing commercial strategy for the hospital and biosimilars portfolio in international markets (~122 markets) 







  • Leads commercial operations across Global Hospital and Biosimilars direct markets (i.e., Canada, ANZ, UK)  







  • Manages Global Hospital and Biosimilars above-market support in international markets to drive decisions on pricing, portfolio marketing, margin optimization, supply / demand planning and risk mitigation 







  • Drives collaboration with International Commercial teams in markets with shared P&L ownership (i.e., markets without a direct reporting structure)

Compétences requises

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS  





  • Bachelor’s degree required 







  • Requires deep knowledge of Sterile Injectables (SINJ) and Biosimilars portfolio and understanding of commercialization approaches/nuances in SINJ vs. Biosimilars market 







  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective international go-to-market strategies across multiple regions 







  • Proven record of P&L ownership with the ability to balance growth and margin pressures in a cost-sensitive segment 







  • Demonstrated ability to lead international business operations with a clear strategic vision 







  • Proven record in building, mentoring and motivating global teams across direct and indirect markets, fostering accountability, innovation and high performance 







  • Skilled in influencing leaders and negotiating agreements  







  • Exceptional Stakeholder management & collaboration, with cross-functional leadership experience 







  • International strategy & commercial expertise 







  • Strong financial acumen and operational know-how 







  • Strong history of analytics-driven success
