Brief Description and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Financial Data Analyst to manage data-driven projects within the finance department. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Dataiku, and Click to analyze financial data, drive strategic initiatives, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. This role will involve managing projects within the finance area while utilizing advanced data analysis techniques. This position will report directly to the Finance Lead of the country.

Main Activities:

• Manage data analysis projects within the finance department


• Utilize Power BI, SQL, Python, Dataiku, and Qlik Sense to extract, analyze, and visualize financial data


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives


• Apply advanced statistical and data analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights


• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for reporting and forecasting

Skills and Capabilities:

• Expertise in advanced data analysis tools and platforms, including Power BI, SQL, Python, Dataiku, and Click


• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial reporting


• Proven experience in managing data analysis projects and dealing with cross-functional teams


• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations


• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication

Recent Experiences:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role with a focus on financial data


• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Power BI, SQL, Python, Dataiku, and Click for financial analysis


• Proven track record of leading successful data-driven projects within the finance domain
