Description du poste et des missions

Mission:



Providing Medical Information about Pfizer medications to healthcare professionals and consumers.



The candidate must be located in Paris area, France.



 



Duties will include:




  • The Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist (MICES) provides technical and medical information with high degree of quality customer service in the local language.

  • Researching and preparing responses for health care professionals and members of the public. Working with cross functional teams across the region in a diverse team and dynamic environment

Profil souhaité

Requirements:




  • Degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare (Pharmacy degree preferred)

  • Experience in Medical Information : At least 2 years of experience in medical information or another relevant field within pharmaceutical industry.

  • Fluent English (C1) and native French.

  • Strong communication skills



 



Work Location Assignment: Flexible - Remote work is possible (except during probation period) - 12 days per month

Compétences requises

Frontline Medical Information Request Management:




  • Research and respond to inquiries received via phone, email, internet or mail within the required timelines and standards.

  • Document the inquiry and response accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/ Work Instruction (WI), and regulatory guidelines.

  • Identify and record, or triage to responsible designee, adverse events and product quality

    complaints as well as process fulfillment.

  • Provide response in customer’s local language using approved resources in English or local language.

  • Ensure continuity and quality of service for customers across all countries of cover by supporting Operations Manager and relevant MI colleagues.

  • Identify continuous improvement (CI) opportunities to improve processes and take an active role in implementation of process improvement.

  • May be required to provide training and support to other team members.

  • May be required to work on bank holidays.
