Biocodex est une société pharmaceutique française fondée en 1953 autour du développement et de la commercialisation de la première souche de levure probiotique au monde, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745®. Aujourd'hui Biocodex se développe autour de trois piliers : les microbiotes ; la santé de la femme ; et les maladies orphelines.
Biocodex emploie plus de 1 600 personnes et a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires net de plus de 500 M € en 2022 dont 1/3 en France et 2/3 à l'international. Le groupe Biocodex est présent dans 115 pays, dont 16 pays à travers ses propres filiales. Ses produits sont distribués dans le reste du monde par des sociétés partenaires.

Biocodex is embarking on an ambitious journey to dramatically grow its Women's Health pillar and become a global reference in intimate health. Our objective is to unleash international business potential while offering opportunities to accelerate in the countries where we already operate.
Acknowledging that Women's Intimate Health is still a space to own for Biocodex and that there is an urgent need to fuel our innovation pipeline to succeed, we are opening a new marketing position within the Women's Health Global Growth team. The Global Growth Manager is going to be responsible for implementing, following, and monitoring initiatives and projects, ensuring the seamless execution of the global growth strategy.
Reporting to the Women's Health Global Growth Lead, you will be in charge of:
Key responsibilities
Participate in the execution of the strategic long-term innovation plan.
Partner with Global Brand Managers to review existing portfolios and identify opportunities to fuel a robust 5-7-year innovation pipeline.
Conduct market benchmarks and gather insights from customers, as well as medical and technological trends, to input strategic framing.
Analyze data to support innovation agenda prioritization.
Partner with the Insights team to launch and interpret consumers' studies that support growth initiatives.
Lead the marketing sub-team from project initiation to launch strategy, ensuring alignment with both brand essence and strategic priorities.
Represent Biocodex at relevant congresses and exhibitions, identifying trends and opportunities to drive future innovation.
Ensure efficient communication and alignment regarding the innovation roadmap across cross-functional teams at operational level.
Profil souhaité: Capabilities * A master's degree in marketing, strategy, and/or innovation from a business school or equivalent. * At least 4-5 years of experience in global marketing, with a proven track record in strategic innovation. Experience in Women's Health is a strong advantage. * The ability to balance long-term strategic vision with short-term excellent operational execution. * A collaborative mindset and proven ability to work efficiently across functions in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with a talent for creating persuasive presentations. * An approach mixing proactivity, curiosity, and rigor * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Comfort navigating ambiguous situations and developing processes where none exist. * Master the Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
